Student Accommodation

Student dorms are accommodation units owned and managed by the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca (UASVMCN), assuring optimal living, rest and study conditions for Bachelor, Master and PhD students rightfully benefitting from dorm accommodation during their contractual status as UASVMCN students. Dorms are operational during the entire academic year, with the exception of the summer holiday, when they are closed for maintenance and cleaning works. Certain dorms can be used as hostels during summer time, according to the pricing yearly approved by the Executive Board.

 Required  documents for student accommodation:

• ID card
• copy of the ID card
• medical certificate
• 2 photos
• certificate for children of the members of the teaching staff – validated by the County School Inspectorate (if the case)
• certificate released by orphanages (if the case)
• money for paying the monthly rent – for October

Cashing dorm fees  – SCHEDULE: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., the last 5 days of the month

  • Student – Faculty Executive Board representative;
  • Student – Faculty Student Association member;
  • Dorm administrator;
  • Secretary of the faculty.

Dorm Administration*:
