&nbsp;1<sup>st<\/sup> semester<\/p>\n<p>Final lists &#8211; &nbsp;1<sup>st<\/sup> semester<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>COMMISSIONS FOR GRANTING SCHOLARSHIPS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Within UASVMCN structure, the University Commission for Scholarships,&nbsp; the Faculty Commission for Scholarships and the Social Services are responsible for granting scholarships.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The University Commission for Scholarships<\/strong>&nbsp;is made of the Vice-rector on Social and student affairs, the Pro-deans on Social affairs from every faculty, The Representative of the Economic Department, The Representative of the Social Services and the Students\u2019 prefect (members).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The commission has the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">validating and surveying the scholarship calendar for UASVMCN;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">correspondingly dividing scholarship funds among faculties, according to the number of students comprised in the budget;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">forwarding propositions related to modifying the financial amount of scholarships according to the university approved budget funds;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">approving student lists benefitting from scholarships, for every faculty;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">analysing and giving solutions to complaints not solved by the Faculty Commissions for Scholarships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The Faculty Commission for Scholarships<\/strong>&nbsp;is made of the Pro-dean on social affairs (director), a Secretary, a Senate student representative, a Faculty Executive Board student representative and a Faculty student association representative (members).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The commission has the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>surveying the implementation of the scholarship calendar established by the University Commission for Scholarships;<\/li>\n<li>correspondingly dividing scholarship funds among years of study and study programmes\/specialisations, according to the number of students;<\/li>\n<li>collecting the required documents for granting certain types of scholarships (performance, social welfare, special, <em>etc<\/em>.);<\/li>\n<li>listing the students benefitting from scholarships from every faculty;<\/li>\n<li>submitting the minimum weighted average grade for the meritorious scholarship II to the Faculty Executive Board;<\/li>\n<li>analysing and finding solution to related complaints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The following scholarship granting responsibilities are established for the <\/strong><strong>Social Services:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">establishing scholarship pay-rolls;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">sending scholarship pay-rolls to the Economic Department for the corresponding payment;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">monthly check up of faculty allotment into the designated scholarship funds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca (UASVMCN), in compliance with Romanian legislation, grants the following categories of budget funded scholarships: scholarships for stimulating academic performance (performance I,&nbsp;
