{"id":302,"date":"2022-04-25T12:32:59","date_gmt":"2022-04-25T12:32:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/devstudioweb.ro\/cadastru\/?page_id=302"},"modified":"2023-12-28T14:26:07","modified_gmt":"2023-12-28T14:26:07","slug":"bachelor-degree-exam-and-dissertation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/fsc.usamvcluj.ro\/en\/students-2\/bachelor-degree-exam-and-dissertation\/","title":{"rendered":"Bachelor\u2019s Degree Exam and  Dissertation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>PLANNING BACHELOR\u2019S DEGREE EXAM\/ DISSERTATION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to apply for <strong>the bachelor\u2019s degree exam\/diploma paper exam\/dissertation, <\/strong><strong>the candidates<\/strong>&nbsp;have to file the following documents, as such:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The secretary\u2019s office of the faculty:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Registration form for admission to the end of the academic studies exam \u2013&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fsc.usamvcluj.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/FISA-DE-INSCRIERE-examen-Licenta_Disertatie.docx\">LINK<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, filed and registered at the secretary\u2019s office of the faculty at least 10 days before the bachelor\u2019s degree exam and at least 5 days before the dissertation exam, counted from the scheduled date for the exam.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Language skill certificate (for bachelor\u2019s degree exams)<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fsc.usamvcluj.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Nota-de-lichidare-student_absolvent-1.docx\"><strong>Noti<\/strong><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/fsc.usamvcluj.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Nota-de-lichidare-student_absolvent-1.docx\"><strong>ce of liquidation<\/strong><\/a><em>,<\/em>for the current promotion graduates &#8211; it will be filled in by the secretary of each faculty with the student\u2019s surname and first name, the faculty and study programme, according to the standard form. The complete forms will be printed by the secretary of each faculty and filed in at the Accountancy Office for validation. After validation, these will be collected by the secretary of each faculty and further filed in at the Social Services for validation from The Dorm and Social Services. The secretary of each faculty will further file them at the University Library and, from then on, together with the notice of liquidation, they will be returned to the Secretary\u2019s Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>N.B.:<\/strong>&nbsp;In exceptional cases, if the notice of liquidation comprises the student\u2019s financial debts toward the university, the student will be subsequently informed by the secretary\u2019s office. The students paying tuition fees have to pay all the contractual installments before they apply for the bachelor\u2019s degree exam\/dissertation at the Municipal Treasury of Cluj-Napoca in the following account: IBAN RO35TREZ21620F330500XXXX, FISCAL CODE-4288381, USAMV CLUJ Napoca. In the payment form, for the EXPLANATION section, one should fill in with the Students\u2019 surname and first name (for whom the payment is done), Faculty, Study programme, Form of education &#8211; FULL TIME\/PART TIME, Year of study, Instalment x.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the liquidation notice contains observations related to the student\u2019s debts toward the University Library or Social Services, when collecting the graduation certificate and specific study documents, the student will contact the respective departments and will then file in the corresponding legal justification, namely, the notice of liquidation signed and stamped by the respective department.<\/p>\n<p>The secretary of the examination commission:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the agreement of the student\u2019s thesis supervisor related to filing and presenting the bachelor\u2019s degree thesis\/dissertation Session<\/li>\n<li>the graduate\u2019s affidavit stating the personal authorship of the bachelor\u2019s degree thesis\/dissertation<\/li>\n<li>the bachelor\u2019s degree thesis\/dissertation in a printed and electronic format<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>N.B.:&nbsp; <\/strong><strong>Students passing the bachelor\u2019s degree exam<\/strong> will collect the<strong> Graduation Certificate <\/strong>in 30 days from the exam date.
